Mr. Woosley is a member of the: California State Bar Association Mr. Woosley is admitted to practice before the: California Supreme Court Mr. Woosley regularly participates in Securities Arbitrations and Mediations and has been highly successful. At trial Mr. Woosley has handled everything from a bar shooting (where he recovered against the bar owner) to complex business disputes in the areas of securities, employment and estate related litigation. Mr. Woosley has argued before the Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court in a number of high profile cases. Most recently, on March 8, 2005, Eric Woosley argued before the California Supreme Court that California’s Standards for Neutral Arbitrators should be a applied to arbitrations conducted by the National Association of Securities Dealers and the New York Stock Exchange. Siding with the firm as Amicus was the California Attorney General’s Office, the California Judicial Counsel, and the California Employment Lawyers Association. The Securities & Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, and the New York Stock Exchange were on the opposing side. The case was Jevne vs. JB Oxford. Mr. Woosley has been involved in over 1500 Real Estate Escrows, obtained Department of Real Estate Approval for dozens of sub-divisions and handles all forms of Real Estate Litigation. Victor G. Born on May 2, 1941, in Stockholm, Sweden, Mr. Zilinskas obtained his Bachelor's Degree from San Fernando Valley State College and J.D. Degree from Hastings College of Law where he was the Book Review Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. Mr. Zilinskas is a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar, Santa Barbara Bar Association, and the California State Bar Association. Mr. Zilinskas is admitted to practice before the United States Central District Court and United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to forming his own law practice, Mr. Zilinskas served as an associate attorney with the law firm of Hagenbaugh & Murphy in Los Angeles.
